With our standard document storage service we store your documents on Fast Track shelving in our secure document warehouse. If you need rapid access to stored documents, our Fast Track service can retrieve a specified document within one hour if required.
Deep Store Archive
If you can afford to wait 2 days or longer for retrieval of your documents, you can take advantage of our low cost Deep Store Archive service.
Security Vault
If you need to store sensitive data, or you are concerned about the security of business critical documents remaining in your offices, we provide our Security Vault service – if required your data can be stored within a fire safe inside our vault. Your data tapes and media storage can enjoy the same levels of security too, coupled to timed computer tracked retrievals.
In all cases, we provide a range of options for retrieving your documents, including emergency 24/7 retrievals if required.

Secure Document Retrieval
Our indexing system provides you with document location information online. You can instantly identify any file and request stored items on-line, by fax, email or phone. We deliver the requested items to your office by van or directly to your PC via our Scan-on-Demand™ service.
Fast Track Retrieval
Our standard Fast Track service lets you decide on your retrieval needs.
Choose from our 48 hours, 24 hours, or Express (1 hour) retrieval services.
In all cases we provide 24/7 emergency delivery.
Scan-on-Demand™
This service is available to you when speed of delivery is crucial. When you need your data urgently, we will scan your documents at our facility and send them to you electronically.
You can choose which files to receive in this way and we can integrate this service with your regular van deliveries.

Deep Store Retrieval
If you have documents which don’t need urgent access then you can benefit from our Deep Store option. Choose either 2-day hour or 7-day retrieval to take advantage of our low cost rates.
Should you unexpectedly need these files more urgently, that’s absolutely no problem. You can request a "special" delivery to get your data to you in the shortest possible time.

Secure Document Shredding
With our Secure Shredding service you can ensure that your confidential waste is disposed of securely and in line with your organisation's policy.
Documents can be retrieved directly from your shelves in our store, or we can collect from your offices in our secure dedicated vehicles.
We provide you with secure mobile bins, desk side containers, or heavy duty reusable sacks, whichever you require, to collect documents for shredding. You can have your documents collected when you want regardless of quantity.
All document destruction is certificated. We maintaing an audit train of all documents from collection to destruction.
